  • Temperature range:
    -65 to +450ºF (-54 to +232ºC)
  • Reinforcement:
    corrosion-resistant steel wire braid
  • Inner tube:
    seamless, extruded, conductive PTFE
  • Description:
    lightweight, low pressure, high temperature, engine hose
  • Application:
    high temperature fuel or lube systems with pressures below 1000 PSI, requiring lighter weight and smaller bend radius.
  • Additional information:
    101 hose was developed for Pratt & Whitney for the F119 Jet Engine. It is lighter than 124 and has a better bend radius.

    high temperature, medium pressure, aircraft and missile fuel, lube oil, coolant, hydraulic, ballistic and pneumatic systems

  • Temperature range:
    -65 to +400ºF (-54 to +204ºC)
  • Reinforcement:
    corrosion resistant steel wire

    extruded, conductive PTFE
  • Description:
    heavy duty 3000 PSI, non-ageing aircraft hose
  • Application:
    high temperature and high pressure aircraft and missile hydraulic systems in high vibration applications.
  • Additional information:
    this hose is commonly used for high vibration applications where extreme integrity is required, such as at the hydraulic pump outlet.

  • Description:
    400 psi, non-aging PTFE, bend radius same as AS604 hose
  • Inner tube:
    extruded conductive aerospace polytetrafluorethylene
  • Application:
    high temperature and high pressure aircraft and missile hydraulic systems

  • Reinforcement:
    corrosion-resistant steel wire braid.
  • Inner tube:
    seamless extruded, conductive, smooth bore PTFE 
  • Application:
    medium pressure, low temperature aerospace fluid transfer systems requiring a small bend radius and lightweight design. For use in non-fire zones.
  • Description:
    unlimited shell life, compatible with most fluids, lightweight design
  • Additional information:
    covered with Black Cordura ® abrasion resistant braid.

    -65 to +300°F (-54 to +149°C)
  • Reinforcement:
    one and one-half corrosion resistant steel wire braids 
  • Inner tube:
    seamless HSP® oil resistant compounded inner-tube
  • Application:
    medium pressure service with most petoleum base oils, JP fuels, aviation gasoline, MIL-L-7808 and MIL-L-23699 lubricants, and many synthetic base fluids. Not affected by alcohols, coolants, and solvents common to the aerospace industry. Avgas has no affect on the Stratoflex HSP innertube.

Additional information:
Most common rubber hose for general purpose use. Preferred by helicopter OEMs. Replaces 113, 123 & 176 .
